We are located in Yang Mingshan, built in the 1950s. It is the only old house of 118 old houses preserved by the Taipei Municipal Bureau of Culture, the only old house that has not been changed. This room has a leafy mountain view, butt Mountain. Between the house and the mountain is the Sun Creek, beautiful rainbows are often seen in the spring.So this is also called "Rainbow Valley". There is also sapphire spring nearby, need to make an appointment to Taipei water conservancy department first. The home is "bedroom # 2" of 4 rooms in the whole building, is an elegant room for 2 people.The wet and dry separation bathroom facilities are shared and are all custom-made double basin sets. The part of the kitchen, simple heating only, does not provide cooking. Formal breakfast is not included in the fee. Through a working holiday, a specialised photoshoot gives citizens and international friends the opportunity to participate in preserving historical and cultural scenes, building maintenance warranties You are welcome to participate. Hello, The place was great, exactly as advertised. You should get a car if you will be staying here, it is fairly rural (But Yilan is not that big) We only stayed for one night but had a great time! Didn't get to use all of the amenities to it's full extent! There are a couple of homestays in this complex so it's quite interesting! Thank you!

As a group with elderly and children, Mia's place was very convenient to stay. Large space for everything, accessible to public transport and a very superb view of taipei 101 tower. Albeit must improve on check in procedure and cleanliness, some old stuff inside the house and need minor renovations. Over all we have a nice stay and enjoyable stay.

The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

Cy's apartment matches exactly the description/pictures and is a great choice if you stay in Linkou. It is very well located, close to everything but in a small quiet alley. As mentioned, there's still work ongoing in some of the apartments in the building but this only impacts the aesthetics of the entrance and elevator (covered with protections). I never heard construction noises. Cy is very responsive and will help with any needs you might have.

The space is incredibly comfortable, and the balcony is the perfect chill-out spot. I definitely recommend a long-term stay here. Plus, the host is very kind and attentive, always quick to help with any issues. If I visit Taipei again, I would absolutely choose this place, and I’d recommend it to any friends visiting the city. Fantastic views, large spaces, luxurious furnishings, ideal for families to settle in and explore the area. Walkable to many day/night markets, easy to find food. Host greeted us at the door and went though all the features of the property. Location also near mass transit and cabs easy to find. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!
