The Green House is a luxurious and peaceful corner located in the heart of the Yatir Forest. At home you can enjoy all the comforts and pampering of a luxury home, a spa complex that includes a sauna and Jacuzzi, and the community pool during the summer months. In the courtyard of the house is a fruit tree orchard, lawn, grill area and a large pergola with a dining area for family meals. The house is located in a pastoral settlement where you will find a variety of attractions such as archaeological sites, hiking trails for pedestrians and motorized field trails as well as the Israel Trail that passes within walking distance from the house, picnic areas, the scout house, a pub, picking for groups of visitors and rustic meals, jeep tours and more.

Facing the open desert landscape, expanses, migratory birds and spectacular sunsets, our complex offers two comfortable and equipped accommodation units for up to 10 people each, in a quiet location suitable for a vacation in the northern Negev or for business owners who need an accommodation solution in the area. The "Desert Clam" accommodation complex is located in the community of Hills Bar 10 minutes away from the city of Be 'er Sheva offering a variety of shopping centers and entertainment venues. Instead of a heated pool with a large lying surface that allows bathing of toddlers and installation of a sun shade. Large and luxurious Jacuzzi, ping-pong, dining tables, seating areas, sun beds, coffee machine, and fully equipped kitchen.

The complex includes a single, luxurious, air-conditioned glamping tent with an indoor bathroom, a coffee corner, a living room, and a double bed. Outside, you will find a huge, shaded deck balcony. The large courtyard has a sitting area, a place for a campfire, an outdoor kitchen, and a cozy nook during the warm season (April–October). Right from the yard you can walk to hiking trails around Arad, streams and the view of the Dead Sea found right around the corner. We built and designed everything ourselves with a lot of thought and love. Meals can be ordered for an additional fee and there are a variety of dining options in Arad and the surrounding area.
