Beach house vacation rentals in Shellharbour

The house worked really well for our family with lovely bedrooms for everyone and a comfortable living area with different spots for people to read or relax with the ocean views out the big windows. Also a nice stroll to the excellent Austinmer ocean pool that we swam in each day!

Absolutely amazing location!! Larry and his wife really made sure we have all that we need for this unique experience. Definitely recommend!!

The grandkids were not only allowed but welcomed in that there were toys and beach stuff there for them. We didn't need to take the portable cot as one was provided which was better and bigger than the portable one so made more room in the car. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect. Directly opposite a playground and the beach both of which we spent loads of time at. Found our new favourite picnic spot nearby, but the location will just have to be our secret. It was a very relaxing special place to be with our son and his family. Fluer also allowed our other son and his partner to visit.

Beautiful location with outstanding ocean views. The place was comfortable and had lots of indoor plants, which I liked. Communication with the host was speedy and friendly. A thing to note is that the bed is quite firm, which took a bit of getting used to. There were also lots of people walking their dogs behind the property all day (I’m assuming the nearby beach is dog friendly - there are 2 beach entry walkways in view from the balcony), so there was more barking and people calling for their dogs than we had anticipated! That being said, we had a great stay and would recommend!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well appointed & perfect for cooking meals at home. The views are just stunning and the house is super close to a divine white sandy beach. The fire kept us warm and cosy on the cool autumn nights. Will definitely return.

Great stay at Megan’s place. The unit is great for a couple and close to the beach and all the attractions. Megan went above and beyond to facilitate an early check in. Highly recommend!

We had three lovely nights at Jeana’s place. It’s super close to everything. The pool is amazing - the fire pit would be awesome in winter too. My partner also loved the yoga studio. The house is completely sun drenched and in a very central location. Brilliant kitchen if you want to cook too. We would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is impeccably designed and well appointed, with breathtaking views of the headland and ocean. We brought our 3 year old and found the house to be safe and easy for her to get around and Paul provided a high chair which was great! What I loved most about the property was that it backs onto these lush rolling green hills, so you can literally walk along the headland and down to the sea straight from the back garden. It was great for our toddler who loved playing in the grass and exploring rock pools, with the lovely backdrop of the grassy hills descending to the rocky shoreline. We’d love to return one day!

This place was perfect for our family with kids - spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. We loved everything about it and couldn't find any faults. The hosts were great, and the location was fantastic. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot. We stayed at ‘Serenity’ for three nights with our friends from the UK. From the moment we walked through the door we felt relaxed and at home. The house had everything we needed, it was beautifully decorated, and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach. It was spotlessly clean and the extra little touches made us very comfortable. The pool, spa and fire pit were the perfect additions to complete a very relaxing three nights away. Thank you Rob & Bede … we hope to return one day.

Hilde was welcoming and extremely accommodating. She met us on arrival and helped us to get settled. We felt very welcome, and very comfortable. We requested her to accommodate more friends for lunch meetup, she responded promptly and accepted our request. She provided us extra stuff/furniture for comfortable lunch get together. House was neat and tidy with lot of furniture, Kitchen items and plenty of towels for the shower, pool and beach. We used kitchen oven, induction and other items to prepare lunch items/curries for lunch get together. This was a spectacular experience. would highly recommend to anyone that's looking for a relaxing time away from a busy lifestyle. My friends and I enjoyed a lovely weekend getaway. This was great for a large group of people, with lots of space, entertainment and games, and good amenities.

We absolutely loved our first time in Shell Cove! The house provided a homey and clean base for our stay, and our host was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It was perfect for accommodating our extended family from overseas, and I felt immense pride showing them around this quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was an ideal setting for our family gathering, will return when we have a chance!

The place was beautifully designed with lots of nice details. Mike was super friendly—he waited for us to arrive and gave us a tour of the house, which we really appreciated. The swivel chairs and fireplace were such unique touches, and the ocean view was amazing. The house was also really well soundproofed, which made it extra relaxing. We had a great stay!
