The house is beautiful, modern and clean. It has complete extras that you need from cutleries to wine glasses to bbq pit. The beautifui scenery is priceless, gives an air of serenity and peace of mind. Will definitely recommend . We have met Stephen at our check-in and he spend time to give us extra instructions.

We loved staying in Monica’s house! She has thought of everything, from comfy beds to fluffy towels and lovely soft furnishings! A well stocked kitchen with absolutely everything you could need and of a high quality too. The kids loved counting the sheep memorabilia in the house- so fun! Can’t wait to come back - Thanks so much Monica for a lovely holiday!!

A serene coastal view reveals a sandy beach curving along the shoreline, framed by gently rolling hills. The turquoise waters meet the soft sand, while patches of grass and low shrubs create a natural foreground. Overcast skies provide a muted ambiance to the scene.

The views from the rooms are stunning. The house is perched on a hill. All mod cons are provided and we had a lovely stay there for the weekend. Close to fabulous beaches and mountains a perfect place to explore north Donegal
A spacious living area is captured with large glass doors framing a stunning sunset over the sea and mountains. A small wooden ship model is placed on the floor, while a balcony with two chairs offers a scenic view of the tranquil waters.

A tall white lighthouse stands prominently, with a red railing balcony at the top. The light is shining brightly, illuminating the surrounding area against a pastel-colored sky. In the background, gentle hills are visible, creating a serene coastal atmosphere.

Donegal Walking, Cycling & Golf. Family, Sleeps 12

MartinaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I booked Deirdre's place as a getaway for my family when I was back in Ireland this summer. It is in a part of Donegal that is familiar to me and is so beautiful. The house was extremely clean, very homely and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and bright and no shortage of beds, blankets, duvets, towels for all of us. We were a family group of 12, mix of adults and children. The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials needed plus extras like an air fryer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The two full bathrooms were clean and perfect for us. The outside of the house is private, away from the road and great for the kids to play. The recommendations of places to go and what to do from Deirdre, were brilliant and we visited many of them on our stay there. There was no Wi-Fi and I did not mind that. We played games, quizzes, talent show and charades and didn't even miss it. I would definitely recommend Deirdre's place and would absolutely return there.
