Vacation rentals with lake access in Shediac Parish

We had a very nice stay. The view of the water is splendid. The location is not far from the centers, but if you want to be quiet and enjoy the calm it is fine. My daughter really enjoyed the games and the life-size doggie! Beautiful little beaches nearby.

Had a great stay. We went for a snowmobile trip. The groomed trail is right to the doorstep. Adam is an avid snowmobiler himself and was able to give great tips of sights to see, as he has extensive knowledge of the area. Several times throughout our stay he messaged us to see where we were or just checking in to see if we needed anything. He popped in before we left to see how the trip was. Would certainly return to trails end again. Great destination for ATVing or snowmobiling or just a little getaway. Conveniently located and not far at all off the main highway

Thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful place in Shediac! It was exactly as described and pictures, and more well stocked than any AirBnB I’ve ever been to. Michelle was so helpful before and during our stay, providing places to go, restaurants according to our tastes, and even an offer of a local babysitter should we want to go out without kiddos! Beds were comfy, cottage was beautiful and private, right on the water, as advertised. Kids loved searching for crabs on the beach and canoeing, although beach is better for boating and running around than swimming. Scenery is beautiful, campfire well stocked and well set up. Lots of BBQ tools available. Home is. 5min drive to downtown Shediac with lots of cute restaurants, and Shediac is within a reasonable drive to lots of lovely places (Hopewell Rocks, PEI, La Dune de Bouctouche, Parlee Beach, Moncton with the tidal bore and Magnetic Hill, etc.) Would recommend Michelle’s place without hesitation!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this place. It was great. We are going to come back to this place more than once and will recommend it to all our friends!

We stayed at Serge's retreat for 5 days for our anniversary and we loved every minute of it! The home was beautiful, cozy, clean and private. We loved the view and the lights outside for evenings. On the day of arrival, the hot tub was not working. Serge was very attentive to this and was working on it before we even arrived, he had it fixed by the next day. We honestly could not have asked for a better vacation! Thank you so much for having us.

We had stayed at this property several years ago when it was under different ownership. That stay was in February, so we were really happy to come back during summer weather to enjoy the gorgeous view. The front porch was our favorite spot and that's where we spent most of our time, enjoying the weather and the view of the river. All amenities in the house were great. Very well equipped home with comfortable beds and lovely linens. Great stay.

The home is a perfect gem- and it’s one of the few times that I can say I would love to stay here again in the future; the hosts were warm and genuine, the home was exactly as described in photos, with every amenity you could hope for, with lovely decor and furnishings, comfy beds, super clean, and literally nothing negative to report. If somebody is looking for the Paradise, this is the place. Quiet, free of noise, nights without light contamination. The most important near to Sussex, close to the Fundy Trail. For sport lovers this is the perfect place to go for a bike ride, or run. If you prefer swimming just drive 25 minutes and you will be at Cassidy Lake. Marit's are a lovely & kind people. Feel like home. If you love the nature dont hesitate to be at Marit's place. THX for this peacefull place!

This place was gorgeous, beautiful view, lots to do and very welcoming and cozy. Our host was responsive and the place was the perfect spot for our babymoon! ❤️

our second time staying at this place. very well equipped with lots of nice little extras. Convenient for touring. one place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Kyle and Connie were excellent hosts, very responsive from the very first message. The cottage location is very peaceful, has all of the amenities we needed, and the screen house which was my favorite part has the most relaxing furniture. They also have an outdoor firepit but on this trip we did not take advantage of it. We came from the West Coast and stayed for 10 days while walking the Island Walk. I am definitely planning to return with my husband hopefully next year.

Our third stay at Michel’s Square Lake property, which says something by itself. Love the location, privacy, and view.

Lovely location, right on the beach. Had a very beach hut feel, which suited the area. We did lose the water as the pump stopped working, but nothing could be done as it was a Saturday night and plumber couldn’t come till the following day. These things happen and although we couldn’t leave the house as perfect as we would have liked, it wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The spacious and well-designed layout made us feel right at home, and the breathtaking views overlooking the river added to the charm of our experience. One of the highlights was definitely enjoying a cozy campfire in the evenings, surrounded by the serene natural beauty. The location was perfect for our needs, being just a short distance from the church and cemetery in Tyne Valley, which was the primary reason for our visit. Overall, this cottage exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This is my 3rd year renting this lovely cottage from Denise. The cottage is clean, comfortable & well equipped. The screened in porch is my favorite space but the mini split (AC) was very appreciated given the super hot temps for part of my stay. Denise is very attentive & responds quickly to any inquiry. I have family nearby & so the location was ideal. Highly recommend! This place is a gem.

We didn't want to leave!! From the moment we walked into Joanne's cottage we felt comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great TV selection and the sunroom was the best addition! We spent most of our time in the sunroom or on the back deck. The peace and tranquility of the property really makes you feel calm and serene. The only sounds were the birds, trees rustling in the wind and the water in creek. Super close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had the best relaxing weekend and can't wait to return! Ideal little cottage on the water. Perfect for our family of 3 but could sleep up to 7. Everything you need is there and everything you might need. Great distance to many attractions. 10/10 place to stay to relax and enjoy!!
