The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

The Ikaria Stable

Rustic Stone cottage with a modern attachment located in the small village of Stavlos ,a 10 minute drive to the coast and to the mountains. Where you can live comfortably surrounded by pine trees , olive orchids and sea views.Modern kitchen and amenities.the house is equipped for 4 people ,though 2 can fit on the fold out couch. Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

Stone house newly rebuilt

The house is located in the village.Firodi beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes.Getting to the nearest tavern takes 3 minutes.The center of the village is a 5 minutes walk, where the old school and playground are located.It takes you 10 minutes on foot to reach the convenience store and the traditional church.And it`s a 12 minute walk to get to the small port of Gialos.All walks are extraordinary as you can experience the unique atmosphere of the village.

Cozy Hideaway in Frantato

Ikarian style house with a big garden in the village of Frantato. If you are looking for a peaceful ,quiet and relaxing place to stay , then this will be perfect for you. Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

Situated at the center of Magganitis the most beautiful village of Ikaria.Ikaria is a bluezone area and also Covid free area.From my place you have an amazing view of Agean sea.The place is close to the beach Firodi.Also close to the grocery.50 m.from the tavern"Φεροη"and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles. Τhe apartment includes two bedrooms,two bathrooms(the one of the bedroom has ensuite bathroom)kitchen, living room,courtyard,and free parking space.

The stone is located in the village plambos a few minutes from the port Evdilos (2 km ) and with the nearest beach just a private path far away In the stone stone stands out the large courtyard which can be used at all hours of the day from the morning on the side of the beach for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for panoramic views of the Aegean with the nice colors of the sunset.
