Vacation rentals with a patio in Sexten Dolomites

Such a great location for exploring the Dolomites. And a fun find to also get to explore the cute town of Sillian, which is super walkable with great pizza, gelato, playgrounds, and a bike path. The place is pristine and very comfortable, so we felt right at home. The host was very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved this place! The apartment was cozy and well laid out over two levels. The kitchen, dining, living room area was a great place to congregate. And we enjoyed the balcony. It had plenty of room for five adults. We also thoroughly enjoyed the town—lively but didn't feel overly touristy. And the surrounding area was spectacular! We hiked almost every day.

If we could give a higher rating than 5 starts we would! The place was perfect, beautiful, clean, amazing balcony and views - everything exactly as described. The hosts made us feel right at home and were very helpful in every aspect. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again.

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanting house surpassed everything. The kitchen furnishings leave nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended here, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. If you are looking for peace and comfort, you will find both. Throughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend!! Beautiful and very clean home, recently renovated with modern design and quality finishings. Felt like a hotel. Breathtaking views - if you’re looking for a serene getaway, this is the place. The whole family was very responsive, clear and helpful if ever we needed anything ahead of and during our stay. 10/10 recommend, no bad comments or feedback. Federica's Fienile is beautiful and Federica is a great host. The communication before and during our stay was very straightforward, Federica always responded super quickly. We were very friendly personally received on site, although Federica herself was not there for a while. The "representative" showed us everything and would have been there again in the event of the event. The cottage is very nice, is perfectly equipped, in the kitchen there was even everything you need for a small breakfast, even vinegar and oil, sugar and much more - we have never had that in a vacation apartment. As a starting point for excursions in the area, bike rides, hikes, the accommodation is really great.

Luciana's place was perfect! Everything was well explained, the accommodation is equipped with everything you need and even more. The accommodation is very clean and well arranged. Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

Davide and Alessandra are great hosts and made us feel right at home. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the simple details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is something rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

Our favorite thing was the view from the balcony and how remote it felt.

This is a cosy but roomy apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean and there was everything we needed (lots of useful kitchen equipment). Everything was great and Giuliana went out her way to make it easy for us. Lots of walks around the place and only a 25 minute to the Lagole. I would 100% recommend this apartment - thank you Giuliana! (Also, you might not notice from the pictures but the bed is huge and very comfortable).
