Very well located in the heart of Alameda de Hércules, a very dynamic area full of life, cultural activities, bars, and restaurants. Ideal for visiting the entire city on foot, a 20-minute walk from Seville's historic downtown (Giralda, Cathedral, Santa Cruz…), 5 minutes from the Guadalquivir River. Full bathroom and small functional kitchen. A washing machine and iron are available for stays longer than 1 week.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Seville, next to the main park of the city and the Plaza de España. It is very cosy and nice, with sunny terraces full of plant life where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a pleasant read. The rooms, all carefully maintained, are well-equipped. Rustic-modern loft with wooden ceiling and bright 25m2. Appropriate for families with children as it has a private outdoor space with a garden, swimming pool, relaxation and play area. Private parking. Well connected, it is 15-20 minutes from the city center (depending on the day/traffic). Nearby public transport services to the center of the city of Seville. There is another loft next door in case you want to come with friends or another family.

The perfect base for exploring Andalucia - A large Annexe room in traditional Spanish style town house, with own access and ensuite shower room and space for off road parking. Tea and coffee making facilities in room as well as a fridge, toaster and microwave. Not recommended for toddlers/small children (due to the stairs). A single bed however, can be made up for an additional fee - please enquire.

Ideal for business or sightseeing stays. Self check-in.
