Located in a very quiet little village 30 minutes from Charleville and 40 minutes from Reims, 45 minutes from Belgium, 2 hours from Paris. it includes a small living room (with sofa bed), an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 toilet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 terrace with small fenced yard and parking.

Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet, we bought this old farmhouse located in a green setting: pasture, pond, stream... We have fully renovated the main house and converted the barn. The exterior fittings are not finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. Located in Bouvancourt, a pretty little village near Reims (20 km).

Our cottage is designed for 4 people: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 190 and a comfortable sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room. The accommodation is located on the first floor of an old barn. The house with equipped kitchen will seduce you with its warm and cozy atmosphere. The calm and tranquility of the place invite you to enjoy the garden to relax while sunbathing after having eaten outdoors on the terrace. Outdoor parking and free Wi-Fi.
