A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

It was a great experience for sure Elvira helped a lot during in various questions and was always responsive. The apartment itself has a perfect location near to Epicentrum Walk and Kokas, which have all you need for life. Inside the apartment everything is tidy, and the view from the balcony just stole my heart! The only thing you might consider are several mosques in front of the windows, so starting from 3 am it gets noisy, on some days even for the whole day. But even here Elvira left fresh earplugs for my convenience, so sleep was also great. Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

Staying 4 days in this apartment with my family turned out to be a great decision. Price-wise, it was absolutely worth it. The unit is beautiful and elegant, with a minimalist yet luxurious vibe. The view of the apartment complex and pool area is stunning. It’s clear that this is a high-end apartment with top-notch facilities. All the amenities listed were available and in good working condition. One thing I really liked was the shower—it felt like a five-star hotel experience. The location is excellent, within walking distance to four different malls. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions clearly, even providing video instructions. I also left something behind, and they kindly helped arrange to send it back to me—really appreciated that. One downside was the bathroom drainage. The toilet area is slightly raised, so the floor stays wet, and the sink drains very slowly. Also, the unit is not as spacious as shown in the photos. Maybe perfect for 4 people not more.

Bu Diah sudah siapkan semua yang dibutuhkan di dalam apartment ini. Apartment nya sangat terawat. Bakalan stay disini lagi kalau saya di jakarta. Bener-bener nyaman kaya di rumah tempat nya.

5/5 – Fantastic Stay! The host Kharisma is a wonderful person. I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb flat. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

There was small issue about running out of electricty, but it was solved. Overall a good place to stay if you are looking for accomodation around BSD (especially when you are going to ICE BSD for an occassion)

I had a lovely stay at this place! The space is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for photos — lots of natural light and stylish interiors that feel cozy and welcoming. It’s also in a very walkable area, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just minutes away. One small issue: the bathtub didn’t fill up properly, as the water kept draining. Might need a quick fix. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Jeff and Marissa were wonderful hosts, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really loved the cozy, quiet neighborhood, it was one of our favorite things! The house was just right for our small family and made our stay very comfortable.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The view is great and the kitchen has everything needed. With just light ear protection it's quiet enough to sleep comfortably despite the common noises in Jakarta. Lot's of security and safety. It's clean and *No* cockroaches - I have been in a few places in Jakarta, and there are many places with roach infestations. Sherilyns place is a good one without those bugs - so go ahead and book, if that's important for you.

We enjoyed our stay in Martha's unit. Situated just next to Central Park Mall, made it really convenient for us to get food etc. Washing machine is also available inside the unit, perfect for our 2 weeks stay. We had to extend our trip twice and rly appreciate how responsive and easy the process was
