I really loved staying in this penthouse and the best part was being very close to the Santa Inês neighborhood to visit my brother and nieces. In 5 minutes I was in the heart of the neighborhood. The apartment is very complete. I didn't meet Glau in person, but I picked up the keys from the neighbor Priscila, who was super nice. Glau let me in early and leave a little later, she was super flexible. I've already saved it as a favorite here, so I can stay there again on my next visit.

Such a pleasant surprise! The apartment was truly better than the images online, offering a complete kitchen and a washing machine which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent – close to a shopping mall, supermarket, and a bakery, making errands simple. We found the gated entrance straightforward to navigate once our name was registered, and the dedicated parking spot was very convenient. Fabio was a fantastic host; communication was easy and fast, and he quickly resolved any questions or concerns. We'd happily return for another stay.

For work reasons I had the opportunity to stay almost a month in Kelly's apartment, unfortunately they booked it and I had to leave, but it was the ideal place for me. Clean, quiet, with all the services available and with a location that made it easy to get anywhere in the city. In addition to that, Kelly's service was wonderful. Staying at Marcelo's house was a WONDERFUL experience! The house is stunning and the backyard, a show apart! The house is super wide, airy, comfortable and the decor, a show apart! We feel in our own home during our stay! The location is privileged because, although we are close to the lagoon, we have a lot of privacy, the place is quiet (and we stayed during Carnival!), has drugstores and supermarkets very close by. And what about the backyard?! Super verdinho, immersed in super well-groomed plants and bring an exceptional freshness to the environment. The hydro is delicious and was strategically positioned between the jabuticabeira and the banana trees, surrounded by the other plants. It was super warm, even in the days when we had little sunshine, she managed to maintain a good temperature, only with the mormaço of the weather! Marcelo was extremely attentive throughout our stay. Our contact was by messages and it remained available all the time!

Second time we stayed at the house, as always everything was perfect! I recommend it to everyone, you can rent it without worries!

Extremely well located, close to tourist attractions such as Lagoa da Pampulha and Estádio do Mineirão. In the mall below Luggo, there is a market, pharmacy and various shops that make it much easier. The street has a number of restaurants that serve very well.
