Charming and bright rustic cottage in the heart of the village of Barico, a small hamlet of the Municipality of Tresa. The interior is divided into two floors that include a kitchen, table and bathroom with shower. The staircase leads to a single space with a bed and relaxation area. The cottage faces south, which guarantees sunshine throughout the day. The exterior has a large garden, partly shared with the host, equipped with a table and grill to make the most of summer days.

The CRI apartment, located on the second floor of a building in the town center and a short walk from the lake. Consisting of a kitchen and living room with a double sofa bed, balcony, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
