The frequency of sound can bring us into deep states of relaxation, as well as altered states of consciousness, both of which can promote incredible wellbeing, regeneration, recalibration, and renewal. In this session I work with different tools—crystal bowls, bells, drum, etc.—to create the frequencies to best support you. Conversation beforehand and integration afterwards are offered.
