WOW - Amber delivered a remarkable vegetarian meal for a private birthday dinner. Here are the highlights of one of the best meals we all have every had: -We asked if for a vegetarian avgolemono soup (the birthday girl's favorite but so hard to find vegetarian) and the result the most deliciously rich and layered soup. I believe Laila said she "wanted to swim in it" -Our two small bites of squash blossoms (stuffed with buckwheat, sweet potato ricotta, and charred onion) and polenta with red pepper crudo were magical -Coordinating with Amber was a breeze - responsive, friendly, on time, efficient. She is also just absolutely lovely and charming -handmade made gnocchi with mushroom ragu, toasted sprouted walnut, parmesan - WOW. We ate this the next morning for breakfast with eggs so the deliciousness would not go to waste -dessert was banana toffee pudding cake with brown butter caramel and homemade vanilla bean ice cream We really can't recommend her enough.
