Yoga Experience (Yin + Vinyasa) This balanced yoga experience blends gentle Vinyasa flow with grounding Yin postures to support both movement and deep relaxation. Breath-led sequences build strength, mobility, and awareness, while longer-held poses encourage release, stillness, and nervous system regulation. The class is accessible to all levels and can be adapted to the group’s energy and intentions. Guests leave feeling refreshed, centered, and restored.

This immersive sound healing experience offers a calming journey designed to relax the nervous system and restore balance. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments, the session creates a soothing soundscape that supports rest, reflection, and grounding. Guests are guided into relaxation, sound vibrations help release tension. No prior experience is needed, and session can be tailored for individuals or small groups seeking a meaningful wellness moment during their stay.

Alongside me, my partner and I run an experiential project called Sombra. Together, we create soulful, unique immersive experiences that combine yoga, sound, and music which is perfect for travelers looking for something memorable and grounding during their stay. We blend a mix of house music and can also offer ecstatic dance.
