I let the host know where I would be staying when I booked. I was told they would come and do the shoot at the resort. On the morning of the shoot the photographer went to the wrong resort and asked me to reschedule the shoot for the next morning due to their mix up. They came the next morning as discussed but were unable to complete the shoot due to the resort not allowing anyone who wasn’t a guest to access the beach. I would advise people to book them for a public space to avoid this. Just a word of advice. Nothing bad to say because I never received the service. I also did not receive a refund so it was a waste of money for me.
