We’ll start with a short grounding before you settle in and receive the sounds of Tibetan bowls, gong, and more. Surrounded by candlelight, the vibrations help calm your nervous system and soften your body. No experience needed — just come as you are. This session lasts 75 minutes and takes place in Palma Old Town (indoor). If you're pregnant, have a heart condition, epilepsy, or use a pacemaker/implant, please consult your doctor before attending.

Join me for a 75 minute yin yoga session by the sea in Cala Major (EN/DE) We’ll move slowly and mindfully, using gravity and the support of the earth rather than lots of props. Supported by the natural soundtrack of the water, this practice invites you to arrive, slow down, unwind and reconnect; with yourself and the elements around you. Mats are available upon request.

Join me for 60 minutes of yoga by the sea, flowing on a platform near the beach in Cala Major (next to Kokomo). With sea views and the sound of waves, we move through playful, energizing sequences—suitable for all levels. I teach in English or German (jokes included). Mats are available upon request.
