Traditional Pilates exercises will be transformed into contemporary movements in a standing position. I developed KhoreoPils which are short, easy choreography made up of exercises to help people move with more awareness in their bodies. Each movement sequence (khoreo) is for specific areas in the body, when you put them together you get a full body exercise class.
