Melissa was a wonderful chef! She communicated very well and gave us options on the menu we wanted. It was one of our hi lights in Rome. It is the first time we have had a chef come and cook but was one of the best meals we had. Every course was amazing! We chose the fish menu and she found the freshest tuna and made a wonderful entree. The main course was sea bass and it was delicious. I would definitely do this again!! We had a little terrace off of the kitchen and she set up the table and we ate outside… it was the perfect evening!! Her home made tiramisu was the cherry on the top!!
