Decided to hire private chef during our trip to Mexico City, and it was truly one of the highlights of our visit. The food was absolutely incredible, fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. Felt like a restaurant-quality dining experience right in the comfort of our Airbnb. Beyond the exceptional cuisine, the chef was also extremely professional, warm, and flexible with our schedule. They handled everything from the shopping to the cooking to the clean-up, making it completely stress-free for our group. They even accommodated different dietary preferences without compromising on taste. If you’re visiting CDMX and want a special, memorable experience, I highly recommend booking this chef. Truly outstanding service from start to finish!

The chef was wonderful! The price did make me wince, however it was quite convenient as all my friends and I had to do was eat the food. The chefs cleaned the kitchen and left the remaining food in the refrigerator. Also, the chefs were punctual and were able to accommodate a vegan and someone allergic to nuts and seafood. My friend usually doesn’t have mole, because it’s made with nuts, but the chefs did great job. 12/10 Would do it again!

We were lucky enough to have Alex as a private chef during our stay in Mexico City. I had way to many questions and Alex was prompt and friendly in his replies. Our group of five wanted to make a couple substitutions to the menu and Alex was very accomodating. We chose the multicourse Latitud Centro menu. Alex arrived promptly and the meal was ready as planned. But the best part is that all of the food was delicious. We had been in Mexico City a few days and had already tried a few traditional moles but we all agreed that Alex's version was the best. We had plenty of food and enjoyed the leftovers the next day. Alex and he assistant did all of the clean up. I would highly recommend Alex as a personal chef. Excellent value, quality, and a most personable chef.
