Really really great experience! I have always wanted to hire a personal chef for an Airbnb in PV, but never did until tonight for my birthday. The Chef Diego arrived and brought everything he needed though he used some pans my Airbnb had. He brought a very nice bottle of red wine. The menu was rooted in Mexican flavors with Asian fusion. We started with a nice crispy amuse buche just as you would in a restaurant. We then moved on to the Bay Tuna Tataki appetizer, served on tostadas. The main course was a very generous steak served with sweet potato purée (special ingredient in this was maple syrup!), seasonal organic vegetables and herbs. Finally the desert was an amazing chocolate cake served with a passion fruit macaroon, whipped cream and strawberries. I am a foodie and getting to watch the chef work was amazing. Diego was so down to earth and we chatted about his life as a chef, his wife who is a pastry chef, and even silly things like BTS K Pop. Highly recommend him!

We hire a chef every year for our family trip and this year was the best experience we have had to date! Diego worked with me to create a custom menu just for us, was respectful of an allergy and very communicative leading up to our dinner. He and his assistant were a pleasure to have in our kitchen and the food, presentation and service were all excellent. He also made a meal for us to enjoy the following day for dinner, and it was fantastic. We will be hiring him again and highly recommend to anyone looking to have a special meal!
