I booked the Fiat photo tour at 3pm, the photographer Elmar pushed my appointment to 3:45pm. When he arrived, he said it’s not a tour, I just take pictures with the Fiat. I showed him my reservation includes driving around in the Fiat. He then told me that it’s not possible as the Fiat tour is totally booked for the day. He offered other options. I thought the Borghese location is nice so set up an 11am appointment on my last day in Rome. The photographer messaged me the night before at 2am and wanted to push the appointment to noon, I said no. The next morning, he texted that he cannot keep the 11am appointment and had to push the appointment to noon. It’s unreasonable to make me to schedule around meet the photographer’s when I am in Rome for a limited time. The Borghese package is supposed to be 1 hour 30 mins, but he ended it after one hour. About 1/2 of the photos had bad lighting also. I paid 100USD. Not worth it.
