We’ll start with a brief introduction. Aroonji will verify after confirming with you which chakra needs attention. Then, we’ll practice breathing, mindfulness, gentle movement, chant mantras, and end with guided meditation. We usually finish by sharing personalized affirmations. This group yoga session takes place in the hills of Fiesole and includes herb drinks or water and a yoga mat.

Participate in a yoga session, followed by an authentic homemade Indian lunch. Chai and dessert are included.

A refreshing break from museum visits. Combining yoga with painting is a perfect way to relax your soul. Bring your own paint and canvas or use ours. Come as you are and leave with the peace of the Tuscan hills. Painting process can be self-guided or guided by our in-house painters. You can choose work with the stunning views and sunrises and everything in between. This experience includes a gentle yoga session, adapted to your ability level— Kids are welcome too.
