We had a lovely time at Bacary's. They were all well prepared. Any question has been answered by Ibou, who takes care of the house on site. You don't even have to have any worries. We're welcome, if you want. It*is a well-located square, close to the beach. There are opportunities for taxis, jakarta for needs. Even if you want to take excursions, Ibou gives good advice. Very nice place, nice, clean cabins as a guest room, everything works great. Friendly hosts who helped make my daughter's birthday beautiful! Very happy to come back (just not with the guide we selected Mamadou Seye from Senegal for Travellers, with whom we had a bad experience afterwards, but the accommodation can't do anything about that). Wow! What a fantastic place! I’ve stayed in many places in Gambia, but this one is special! They’ve just “got it right” at this place. The people can’t do enough for you. Karl was fantastic and made sure we were well looked after. The wooden house is well built and has good running water (even if it is sea water) the pressure is great for an eco lodge. Electricity was stable and no cuts. The views from the wooden house really make this place special! It’s peaceful, set in nature with a fantastic beach! Food is also good, compliments to the chef! I just can’t recommend this place enough! Well done Iain and the team at About Time! You’re doing a great job and I will definitely be back!! ❤️

We had a great stay at Mamadou’s place in Dassilame Serere. The location is gorgeous, very tranquil, on the edge of the mangroves and surrounded by animals. It is a short Mototaxi ride from Toubakouta so it is very easy to get around. Mamadou and the other hosts were very accommodating and helpful. I hope to come back one day!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Nemasu Lodge together with my friends for a few days. We enjoyed the quietness and privacy of the accommodation. The nearby beach was clean and perfect to relax. We had booked rooms with sea view. The rooms come with a small terrace which is nice to hang around in the evening hours and enjoy the sunset. It was lovely to fall asleep with the sound of the waves. The staff was very helpful and friendly - Hillary was reachable to all times and gave helpful advice and recommendations. My family and I had a great stay, quiet, a short walk to the beach, a beautiful garden. We were able to observe many species of birds. For meals Nathalie told us very good places. Demba, the caretaker +++ is adorable. Nathalie is frankly a beautiful person, she will most certainly see us again.

Located in a village, not very lively, there are a few hotels on this street, it is a bit deserted on the road during the day, very quiet and beautiful, suitable for vacation, very close to the beach, although the facilities are not very new, but the facilities are not very new, but it is clean and tidy, and it is very good value for money in this area.You can walk about 700/600 meters to the Pacha, take the minibus for 25d people, and transfer one or two stops to the city.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Gambia and had a fantastic experience. The space was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything needed to prepare your own meals. The highlight for me was the breathtaking ocean view and waking up to it every morning. There is a private pool which was a great addition and 24hrs security. The apartment is in a great location, just a short 2 mins walk from the beach, making it perfect for anyone wanting to unwind by the sea. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any queries, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A cleaner also came by every other day to keep the apartment tidy, which was a nice bonus. I had a great experience and will be glad to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. The location was great, the apartment was immaculate, looks the same as it’s in the pictures. Julia was wonderful, quick to respond and always friendly. I will definitely stay and recommend this location.

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities listed accurately available. I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. The view of the ocean was simply breathtaking. The host was not only professional but also incredibly kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again.
