The place has met our expectations. We were a married couple, a child of almost 4 years and a baby. It should be noted that, despite being on a quiet and pedestrian street, the street has steps and although it is not too much of a problem for a baby stroller, it can be a handicap for people with limited mobility. First of all, we can confirm, as we had previously read, that the service from the hosts, in our case Mariajo, is a 10. They allowed us to bring a pet, although we didn't bring her in the end, but they were going to prepare a welcome for her. They left us a travel crib for the little girl and a bed barrier for the older one. That alone saved me half a trunk and a lot of logistical problems. From the first moment, everything has been easy. Self check-in, breakfast items, sweets, kitchenware, etc. The building's hallway gives a bad impression, renovated but with plasterboard that has fallen due to humidity. Nothing to do with the apartment, small, but nice and pristine.

Very nice host who has assisted me with advice and action! Beautiful surroundings, with plenty to do in terms of hiking and wonderful green nature. Also a lot of history and culture to soak up in the area (Canal de la Toba and Cuenca). The locals are very friendly and I spent many hours chatting in the village square where the terrace of the local restaurant/bar was. You will immediately hear from the large family there, which consists of locals and Madrilenians who have a cottage there. It was the first time I visited this region, but I have the feeling that if I ever buy a holiday home in Spain, it will be this village. We rented this apartment for work reasons and found it impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, so we were able to rest perfectly in a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment also had everything you need for a pleasant stay. But, without a doubt, what I valued most was Michelangelo's kindness, especially in terms of time flexibility; he allowed us to leave much later, making it easier for me to attend a very important online meeting that I had the next day. He also recommended several nearby places for lunch and dinner, and they were all excellent. Definitely a highly recommended experience.

If driving drop off at the plaza in front of the Cathedral and drive up Calle San Jose to the free public parking and walk down- easy.

Very good experience. Lucia is super attentive and willing to help in any way. The apartment is very nice, although it is small, but perfect for two or three people. It is located next to the old town.

A wonderful stay in Cuenca! We stayed in lovely apartments in the heart of the old town of Cuenca and the experience was unforgettable. The location is perfect, very close to the main points of interest such as the Cathedral and the Hanging Houses. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The host was very kind and attentive, he recommended places to visit and great restaurants. In addition, the tranquility of the environment and the views from the apartment made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to discover Cuenca in a comfortable and authentic way. We hope to be back again soon!

We spent 3 nights there and everything was perfect. Very clean and tidy, according to the photos. The staff was very attentive, we had a little problem and they solved it right away! 20 minutes from Cuenca if you want a quiet place to disconnect.

Plenty of bedrooms, fairly large living room and dining. Bathroom clean and ample. Cuenca is a great city to visit; very walkable, and great old part. Alfonso’s place is very nice, but it is a third floor walk up without an elevator. Parking is tough in this town, but in Alfonso’s neighborhood we always found a spot (not so for downtown).

We loved David's apartment. It is in a quiet area very close to the tourist attractions (hanging houses, cathedral, museums...). On the other hand, it is still in August, the apartment has a very good temperature and we have not had any heat in it, which we have appreciated a lot. David has been very attentive and kind at all times and very detailed with the equipment of the apartment, which is perfectly equipped (with coffee machine, sugar, toaster, iron, gel, cream, hair dryer, towels, etc.). In short, staying in this apartment was a total success. Highly recommended! :)

Beautiful house with nice views and very bright. It is a second floor, duplexing with the penthouse floor. In the silver below is the living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The upstairs is a clear, spacious room with two single beds and a double bed and has another full bathroom with a bathtub. Great for large families. Clean and in good condition. The perfect location, right inside the historic center, at its start. In a quiet area and at the same time a short walk from everything. 100% recommended!

Beatriz and Lauren were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming and helpful! We felt at home there! The location is excellent! Stores, restaurants, parks and historical sites all within a few minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this flat!

The stay was perfect. We loved the location and the apartment was beautiful. Very comfortable beds, the shower water was warm... We can't put a but on it. My friend and I arrived as part of our trip to Spain to the town of Cuenca and this apartment. The apartment provided us with everything we wanted and the jacuzzi was an amazing bonus. The apartment, which is inside a half-cave, is clean, quiet and gives a feeling of warmth. The place is a bit high in the town so you have to go down to the shops and back up. But even a short distance from the apartment there are sites, museums and various attractions.
