La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. Detached house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on a property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, cul-de-sac overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and slide for the little ones and lots of toys. Baby bed, bed sheets, blankets on request, booster seat for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days on arrival, available all year round.
