It's a charming and cozy house with two spacious yards next to the beautiful Kamenicki Park. It is pretty close to the city center (5km) and the fortress (3km). On the opposite side of the river is a city bitch Strand (please note that during the beach season, on weekends, music from the beach can be heard). The house is also ideal for rent during the Exit festival.

In the summer, you should not miss water sports, such as skiing and towing in a tire or on a "shark".
