It is a quiet and cozy resting place, each room has a bathroom, a cafe-style veranda, a 10-minute walk from Hyehwa Station, and a parking space for 2 cars. It is 20 minutes away by public transportation, including Dongdaemun, Namdaemun, Gwangjang Market, Myeongdong Shopping, Changgyeonggung Palace, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insa-dong, Blue House, and Namsan Tour.

It is a warm space that the host couple actually maintains and operates after retirement. Guests can freely use 4 bedrooms, the Daecheongmaru, the kitchen, and the courtyard.
