Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Seongbuk District

The place looks just like the photos, with beautifully framed views of Itaewon from multiple windows. We stayed here as a grown family of 5, and found the space more than ample. Well considered, very close to the bars and shops yet distant enough to not have disturbances. Like with many Korean homes, accessing the flat requires walking up one flight of a narrow outdoor staircase which is unideal in the rain. But if you have no mobility issues and a light enough suitcase this is not a problem at all. Would stay here again in the future, and host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Great first impression of Korean hospitality!

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Spacious two-bedroom layout provided ample room for our group. The location offered convenient access to public transportation, making city exploration easy. Traditional Korean design elements added a charming and authentic touch. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-situated base for discovering Seoul.

친절하게 체크인 시간 조정도 응대해주셨고, 식기와 잔 등이 충분하여 편하게 사용했습니다. 불멍 장작도 넉넉하였고 공간도 편리하였습니다. 주변에 맛집이 다양하고 편의점도 있어서 사용이 편리했습니다.

I can not express enough how absolutely perfect this place is, and how great of a host KJ and Paul were. I really think AirBNB should hire them to teach more hosts on how to really make the experience memorable! The Hanok very traditional on the outside, but absolutely renovated in the inside. Everything from new bidet toilets to extensively stocked cabinets you won't need much as far as toiletries and necessities. KJ and Paul went out of the way to have us picked up from the airport, to local restaurant recommendations that were excellent. The homes location is a perfect jumping point to the best castles and shrines, all with excellent markets and shopping within walking distance. Really this is the place to book if you are in Seoul I promise you will be amazed.

사진보다 훨씬 더 깨끗했고, 사진에 담기지 않는 평화로운 분위기까지 더해져 정말 최고의 숙소였습니다. 여행을 많이 다녀봤지만, 지금까지 다녀온 곳 중에 가장 만족스럽고 기억에 오래 남을 것 같아요. 오후 3시에 체크인해서 햇살 가득 들어오는 시간에 가족사진도 찍었어요. 숙소에서 찍은 사진은 마치 스튜디오에서 촬영한 것처럼 햇살도 예쁘고, 내부도 정말 깔끔했어요. (스튜디오에서 찍은 것보다 더 만족했답니다) 아기를 재운 뒤에는 부부만의 시간으로 온전히 즐길 수 있었어요. 7시부터 마당에서 노을을 바라보며 족욕을 즐기고, 온실에서 고기도 구워먹고, 해가 진 후에는 따뜻하게 불멍도 하다 보니 어느새 밤 10시가 되어 있더라고요. 방에 들어와서는 오랜만에 TV 틀어놓고 공기놀이도 하고ㅎㅎ 즐길 수 있는 콘텐츠가 정말 많았어요. 시간 가는 줄도 모르고 우리 가족만의 공간에서 행복한 추억을 가득 채울 수 있었습니다. 아기가 아직 100일도 안 된 첫 여행이라 숙소 선택에 고민이 많았는데, 정말 잘 선택한 것 같아요. 아기를 위해 토퍼 매트리스도 준비해주시고 암막 커텐이 설치되어있어 걱정이 무색하게 아기가 정말 편안하게 푹 잘 수 있었습니다. 주변 사람들에게 벌써부터 강력 추천하고 있고, 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다!🥰👏🏻

멋진 한옥이면서 한옥의 불편함을 없앤, 너무 좋은 리스팅이었습니다. 여기저기 있는 향들도 분위기를 편안하게 해주었습니다. 팀원들끼리 하루동안 미팅들을 하기 위해 부킹을 했는데, 다들 많이 좋아했네요 :) 다만 프로젝터가 제대로 포커스가 안되서 쓰지 못했고, 스피커 블루투스도 안내대로 했는데, 작동이 되지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다.

房间很干净整洁！

this place was good for what it was. quiet and easy to access. it was close enough to the subway. while not too much variety in the area, access to different areas still felt accessable. I did accidentally bump my head on the roof while climbing to the bunk bed. and there wasn't any designated place to put my belongings, but I used the shared space with consideration. I like that this host cares about the quality of water. There were filters on every faucet. I wish there were more food options available in the area.

Absolutely great location! Easy to find and also a good spot for shopping. Spacious place to stay. Very sweet that host provides us with different phone charging cables. Happy to return if we visit seoul again.

The place looked exactly like the photos with well-curated furniture and decorations. My friend and I had a great time. It's in a quiet area close to lots of cool cafes and restaurants. The only watchout is that it's a 2nd floor walk-up and the stairs are quiet steep, so if you're traveling with a heavy luggage, be ready for a workout.

My stay in the apartment was great. There was everything I needed - separate shower in the bathroom, kitchen with utensils, big bed, a table with a mirror, a TV and AC. I felt safe as a solo f traveler in the area as there was a password needed to enter the building as well as there was cctv. Also the area was nice, quiet and close to the metro lines 1 and 2 so it was convenient to transport to other neighbourhoods. Overall a 10/10 stay and I'd love to come back someday!

너무 좋았어요! 😍 호스트님이 너무너무 친절하시고, 문의할 때마다 빠르고 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감동했습니당ㅎㅎ 방 2개에 퀸베드 2개, 화장실도 2개라 시부모님이랑 아기까지 다섯이 지냈는데 전혀 불편함 없었고요. 홈시네마, 다도, 커피머신, 수영장, 바베큐까지 있을 건 다 있어서 숙소 안에서 하루종일 놀아도 심심할 틈이 없었어요ㅎㅎ 침대도 푹신해서 꿀잠 잤고, 숙소 주변도 한적하고 조용해서 진짜 힐링 제대로 했답니다! 헤이리 마을도 가까워서 다녀오기 좋았고요. 시설, 위치, 분위기 전부 만족해서 다음엔 친구들이랑 또 오고 싶어요! :)

안녕하세요 사장님! 주말에 정말 친한친구들과 오랜만에 모여서 정말 즐겁고 아늑하게 쉬다 갑니다. 사장님 정말 친절하시고 도착해서 이용방법에대한 설명 차근차근 잘 해주세요! 저희가 추워져서 늦은시간에 연락 드렸는데도 잘 응대해주셔서 감사합니다-! 숙소는 사진보다 훨씬 좋고 여러명이 이용하기에 최적화 되어있습니다. 바베큐와 가마솥 저희는 둘 다 이용했는데 먹기편하게 돼 있어 상당히 만족하면서 먹었습니다:) 방안에 퍼지는 은은한 편백나무 향도 기분 좋구요 도구들이 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 이용하기 정말 좋았습니다. 저희 모두 다 이 숙소 너무 좋다고 칭찬일색이었어요 다음에 또 이용하고싶어요! 모임 하게되면 여기로 예약할게요 감사해요☺️☺️

연락이 순조로웠고 필요한게 있으면 바로 조치해주셨어요. 아늑하고 가격대비 만족도가 높았습니다. 다만 냉장고에 전 이용자가 먹고 남긴듯한 케익이 들어있어서 좀 아쉬웠어요~ 다음에 또 오기로 지인들과 약속했습니다!

사진보다 훨 좋아요^^ 커튼땜에 좀 오래된 펜션 생각하고 망설이다 공기가 너무 좋았다는 리뷰보고 갔는데, 생각보다 훨씬 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 이단 안방 벽지 얼룩달룩모양아니고 그냥 심플한 화이트고 침구도 보송보송 깨끗한 화이트^^ 욕실은 새로 레노베잇하셔서깨끗하고 예쁨. 주방도 깔끔하고 필요한건 다 갖추고 있고 이층에 2인용 침대랑 깨끗한 침구, 그리고 밖으로 나갈수있는 작은 발코니까지 있음. 일층 거실 큰창 열면 지붕있는 개별 발코니에서 빗소리들으면서 식사도할수있고 이번엔 이용못했지만 개별 발코니그릴도 있어요^^ 그리고 정말 깨끗하게 관리하신게 구석구석 먼지하나 없이 하물며 모기장, 창틀에도 먼지할톨없었다는... 그리고 가장 중요한거!! 공기가 정말 너무 좋아요. 공기가 달다는게 뭔지 첨 알았음. 산에 둘러싸여 차소리 1도안들리고.. 정말 조용하게 푹 쉬다왔네요. 또 가고 싶어요^^

할머님 생신으로 대가족 25명정도 묵었습니다 인원이 많고 기간도 촉박하여 이것저것 여쭤봤는데 사장님이 모두 친절하게 답해주셨습니다. 펜션 두채 모두 단독으로 사용하며 집기류나 식기류도 많이 준비되어있었으며 어떠한것도 불편함없이 지낼수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 할머님이 크고 쾌적하다며 만족해하셨고 가족 모두 칭찬 일색이었습니다 ~~ ^^ 다음 가족 여행이 잡힌다면 또 올거 같아요!! 감사했습니다

날 좋을때 가서 뷰도 환상적이고 일몰이 그림같아 행복했습니다. 강아지도 마당에서 신나게 뛰어놀고 바베큐하는곳도 조명까지 있어서 분위기 최고입니다! 다만 벌레가 많아서 창문이 막혀있는데 안에서 바람 솔솔 쐬면 더 좋을거같은디 아쉬웠어요! 개미가 좀 보이더라구요 목조주택이라 어쩔수 없죠 모든게 다 완벽한 여행이였어요! 또 가기로 했답니다 ❤️

정말 한적한 공간에 위치한 편안한 숙소에요. 주변도 조용하고 산 속에 위치해서 정말 편안하게 쉬었다 올 수 있었어요!

정말 오랫만에 친구들과 아이들 같이 대규모로 갔는데 너무 좋았어요. 특히 찜질방이 너무 매력적인 곳이에요. 마당도 너무 크지도 않고 작지도 않고 아이들 놀기에 좋았습니다. 조금 일찍 도착했음에도 입실 준비가 다 되어있었고, 친절히 안내해주셨어요. 봄에 가도 좋을거 같아요.
