숙소가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 수압 약한건 후기 보고 걱정 했는데 저는 크게 불편함 없었고 역 근처다보니 소음이 조금 있긴해요

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

You can't beat the location! I sprained my ankle a couple days prior and having everything in close proximity made it so much easier to go out to eat and shop. We had a small issue with the pillows but Paul resolved that within 24 hours. We would definitely consider staying again if we were to go back to the same area. Thank you!

Greater than my expectation. The location is perfect, the price is totally worth for what you can be offered: big room with all amenities, kitchen, fridges, 2 beds, ...everything you need for a comfortable stay. Feels just like home! Not to mention how clean and cozy the place is! 100/10 would recommend and will be back if i had a chance!

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Квартира находится на последнем этаже небольшего дома, который стоит чуть в стороне от дороги. Очень удобное расположение, рядом есть хорошие кофейни и магазины. Квартира в точности как на фотографиях. Есть клевая терраса.

The unit itself is stunning beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this experience apart, however, is the exceptional host: responsive, gracious, and genuinely committed to ensuring a seamless visit. I’ve stayed in various places throughout Seoul, but from now on, this will be my exclusive choice whenever I’m in Hongdae.

It’s a beautiful house, that you can actually live in with all the amenities provided! Nice design touches, especially the bookshelf, and view. Given it wasn’t our first time in Seoul, we didn’t mind a less central location — please don’t dismiss the uphills around the neighbourhood, on hot days they can be very challenging!

Everything about this Airbnb was great. Close to the train station as well as the shopping areas of Hongdae. Easy to find. also there was plenty of space for our group. The host was very responsive. The only cons were that the stairs going up to the apartment are very narrow so it was difficult to take up our luggage. The bathroom also did not have a curtain so the water would spray everywhere. Overall, it was great! Would totally book again!

Highly recommended. Location-5 minute walk to metro station in the heart of Hongdae. Easy access to the airport train. Very near to restaurants, people watching, shopping, street food, miles-long beautiful tree-lined walkway. House-Older traditional cozy home. Feels like your own house with all amenities provided. The bonus is a clothes dryer and an air conditioner in every room! Small patio and peaceful backyard area. Easily accessible but very secure behind a locked gate. Host-helpful, informative, accommodating, communicative, kind. Our stay- Great size for our party of three couples. Plenty of hot water for showers! It’s apparent the host cares about this property!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The COZE team were readily available and easy to communicate with. The airport pickup service made it so easy to get to the home after long flights. The home was very comfortable with great amenities. Thank you COZE!

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
