This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

Sue’s place is very close to the University area and perfect for visiting your student. It is walkable to many restaurants and close to a metro stop. Sue went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. Leaving us a gift of delicious Korean oranges and delivering water to the apartment for us to drink. It's really rare to find a place to stay for more than 5 people in Seoul, but it was a great place to stay for more than 5 people! The accommodation was much prettier and more sensational than the photos, so it was a really wonderful space that I didn't really care about the photos. I thought I was going to take a heart signal... There were several rooms, and there were bathrooms on each floor, so it was so comfortable, and each room had air conditioning, so it was cool, and the house was really big, so we only played in the living room, but that was a shame!! If I visit again next time, I want to play on the rooftop and on the 2nd floor..! I think cleanliness is very important, and there was no hair on the floor, and the bathroom was really clean..! Even though the house was spacious, it was very clean! The kitchen was also very well equipped with a water purifier, ice, a coffee machine, etc.!! The host responded quickly, so if I needed anything, he gave me feedback right away, and I had a good trip to Seoul because he made me feel comfortable! ❤️ This is a property that shouldn't become really famous. I'm the only one who wants to keep it a secret... haha. If you're thinking about it, I think it would be nice to visit once. I hope everyone can experience staying in a space that's like a work of art. ☺️

Jasper has been the best air bnb host for my family and I. He was so kind and welcoming, introduced us to many delicious restaurants around the area, and made us feel like family! The space was spacious for a group of 4. Very clean and comfortable, and was a great and safe location (plus, it was walking distance from Hongdae). We would 100% recommend this airbnb for anyone visiting Seoul, South Korea!

At first it was hard to find, because in Korea google maps aren’t that precise. But host was answering all my questions quickly, she was really trying to help me :) the room had all listed amenities and facilities, as well as common space. The living room was looking differently from the photos, so I thought that I entered to wrong flat 😅 it was much cozier! Good location for a calm day: a stream, a park, a lot of convenience stores in the neighbourhood. Few bus stops. About 25 minutes ride on the bike or by bus to Hongdae street.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!
