Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. Our house is most comfortable with four adults and 2 of kid.

We are located just 7 minutes away from El Borrego beach. We have a private parking, a very safe place to stay with family.

Casa Flor has a beautiful ocean view from the top of a cliff, where you can see magical sunsets. It has its own access to the sea, its beach is ideal for bathing; it is peaceful and little busy. In nearby villages such as Aticama, San Blas, Matanchén or Platanitos you can enjoy the traditional Nayarita gastronomy; as well as the different activities offered by the ideal area for lovers of nature and tranquility. The cabin is much better than we thought. The property welcomes you with a beautiful garden full of palm trees and flowers. The cabin is elevated so the views stretch to the beach both indoors and outdoors. Each space has the perfect dimensions to accommodate a whole family! The rooms, bathrooms, and dining rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We took our dogs and they were happy to join us on our trip, and we took them to the beach every day and had no problems, we loved that the cabin was so safe with its entrances. Overall we loved the service and that the property was so well-equipped! They lent us everything, an umbrella, a board to be in the sea, a barbecue, hammocks, the kitchen was super-equipped with pans, sauces, spices, dishes, in the bathrooms they were super generous with toilet paper, soap, super hot water, nothing ever failed, the pool was super nice! Really an excellent place to stay.

A getaway just as I expected, away from everything, we brought what we needed to eat, I even brought my utensils but the kitchen is super-equipped, Karina was always attentive, we asked her for a few things and she brought them to us without a problem. We would definitely come back, a place in complete privacy and my children enjoyed it just as much as we adults.

Jesus' house is very nice. We would gladly come back again. Everything was very clean and the spaces were spacious. It's in a quiet area to rest, the bathrooms were super clean and the shower water was nice, I had no problems with the hot water, which for me is important.
