This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

Andy and Judi were wonderful, responsive hosts! We were travelling 2.5 hrs for a wedding and they allowed us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful. The loft was clean, charming, modern, private, and was perfect for our overnight stay. So grateful for this gem! Many folks at the wedding talked about staying at a rather unseemly hotel. So glad we chose to stay here!!

My husband and I enjoy staying at Cheryl’s place. We have been here in the winter and summer. It is a cute little house and the area is nice and peaceful. It is dog friendly and our boys love walking up and down the quiet road. Cheryl is a great host and always responsive. We will stay there again.
