The villa has two floors, there are rooms upstairs and downstairs, all with windows and good lighting. Each room has a private bathroom, 24-hour hot water, all-weather air conditioning, toiletries, hair dryer, electric kettle, bedside with USB socket, 100Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities, 300 sqm shared dining room, kitchen for casual use (party barbecue, make your own seafood). There is also a huge public leisure space for making tea, drinking coffee, reading newspapers, playing mahjong (automatic mahjong table), and watching movies on a 100-inch projector. Behind our B&B is Semporna's largest government pier, 3 minutes walk. The furthest old pier is about a 15-minute walk.
