Our house is situated in a beautiful, tranquil area with rolling hills near the village of Bardigues. The garden has lots of privacy & is fenced. From the terraces & large swimming pool (6x11 m) you have a beautiful valley view! The village of Auvillar, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France is only 4 km away; there are bakery, minimarket, restaurants & post office. Larger supermarkets, pharmacies & all other amenities can be found in the nearby town of Valence d’Agen (15 min).

Very nice restored stone gîte of 80 m2 for 6 people in a large property located on the heights of Astaffort. The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a completely private swimming pool under a magnificent oak tree and offering views of the fields and the forest. Comfortably furnished for two people and located in our small village of Castet-Arrouy, come and relax in this calm and stylish space. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions.
