Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A very well located and completely new apartment. It is very spacious and with good natural light. Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a small patio. Fully equipped kitchen, central heating, and air conditioning. It is located in an area with many amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bar, pharmacies, playgrounds and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
