Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. The living room with open kitchen, fireplace and large sitting area is a cozy place to spend time. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can turn any meal into a party. A separate play and TV room gives space for the children to relax after an active day.

Op ons domein van 1 HA vind je oa het volgende: tennisveld, jacuzzi, sauna, gas BBQ, petanquebaan, terras 200m2, vuurschalen, hangmat, pingpongtafel, badminton, biljart, open haard, lounge bar met bibliotheek, 6 kamers met telkens afzonderlijke badkamer, uitstekende wifi. Discover our single-storey house located at the gates of the Ardennes and 15 minutes from Liège. Completely renovated and in a green setting, it will bring you all the necessary comfort for a peaceful stay. The center of Tilff, located 400 meters away, offers shops, cafés and restaurants. Large supermarkets are available nearby. Many woods and paths along the river will also allow you to make beautiful walks or bike rides.
