Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any meals in the house, but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to Nieves' details! Communication was great. And the best part of the house is that terrace overlooking the estuary!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc. Very well located. Highly recommended house!!

A perfect home to disconnect a few days with the family. It has all the necessary amenities. Full and very clean kitchen, very comfortable mattresses and Nacho is always looking out for us. I wouldn't hesitate to come back
