A perfect starting point for mountain hikes/top hikes, fishing, hunting and berry picking. Nice swimming facilities in the river. If you want shorter trips, there are trails and fishing waters nearby. The cabin is sheltered, about 100 meters from the farm and has entered electricity but no running water in. Water can be collected outside at the main residence. There is wood burning in the cabin. Outhouse in the extension/wood stall. Good mobile/4G coverage.

Here you live centrally, but peaceful. Immediate proximity to Selbusjøen where in winter time you can skate or go skiing. There are many hiking possibilities in Selbu and both Skarven and Roltdalen, as well as Rensfjellet, a short drive away. At Selbuskogen ski center you will find ski slopes with high quality. Shop and petrol station 2 km away. A total of 3 computer screens are available that can be connected to PlayStation if you wish. Baby stroller (Simo) can be found in the stall, but Voksipose e.l must be brought.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Fantastic nice cottage, very flexible and pleasant correspondence with the cottage owner. Perfect for enjoying indoors and quality time - experienced luxurious and holiday-like, and relatively short drive from Trondheim city center.

An outdoor terrace features a seating area with a gray sectional and coffee table, all positioned on wooden decking. Potted plants and a large chimney are present, with a clear view of the calm water and distant hills under a bright blue sky.

Nina's cabin is by far our favorite Airbnb we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Firstly, Nina is the most kind, wonderful, lovely host and she took such good care of us during our visit, even before arriving to help us with Wifi, directions, local recommendations, etc. Her cabin on the lake is the most idyllic, peaceful little home decorated so beautifully with rustic Scandic features and furniture. We could have stayed a month enjoying the calm of the lake, the views, and the nearby farms. Every morning waking up at this quaint little cabin was just breathtaking. We are already counting the days until we can come back to visit again. What an absolute gem of a home in Selbu. Thank you Nina!

Great place! Great grill cabin where there is everything you need of equipment for and to prepare the food with/on! The sleeping cabin was cozy with an incredibly good bed, lovely and waking up with nature and trees as a view, plus a view of the fjord. We went for a walk in Vålvatnet and tried out the boat, very nice hiking trails. All in all, just absolutely wonderful,😄 recommended!

We were here for the second time and it was just fantastically beautiful and quiet again. We could relax very well here and look at nature and the waterfalls. Even a moose visited us briefly. We can only say, thank you for the great time. Kind regards from Heike and Matthias

Very tidy and cozy house. Gyda had picked wildflowers and put them out for us. It made it extra nice!
