The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, it is a short drive for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine facility. Hunting grounds can be rented through Statskog.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

However, a dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed can be arranged for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

The apartment is located 2 minutes by car from E18 and 4 minutes from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. Cozy forest cabin in peaceful surroundings. The cabin belongs to Langmyr farm, and is located by itself in a cultural landscape. In the grazing season, the cows roam in the area, but the cabin is fenced. Electricity is available, but not water. Water in jugs is ready upon arrival and there is a dishwashing sink in the kitchen. The cabin also has a pleasant outhouse. Firewood is included in the woodshed. Free WiFi.
