A year-round cottage in the village of Oszkina. Lake Sejwa is 200 meters away. On the edge of the forest. On the ground floor there is a living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. There is a direct exit to the patio from the living room. Bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two rooms. One has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Each room has air conditioning, clothes hangers, dresser. Two-car parking. There is a sauna on the property. There is also a barbecue, patio furniture, sun loungers.

As a child, many of us played in the woods and dreamed of living there. It's the forest that allows you to regain your inner balance, counteracting fatigue and depression. Gibasówka is located in Suwałki, and the property itself is located in the woods. It consists of the main cottage (3 rooms. living room with dining room and kitchenette) and treehouse (1 room with bathroom+ terrace among trees). Close by are the two lakes of Gieret (cca700 m) and Pomor (about 400 m). The property is year-round.

We offer a fenced plot with a barbecue,a gazebo.Inthe vicinity of the Monastery Pokamedulski, jez.Szelment with a water ski lift and attractions of Lithuania with Vilnius,Kown,Druskininkai where Aqua Park and Snow Arena are located. We provide bikes, help with rafting, and a small SUP fee.

CZARNA BUCHTA - OASIS. This is a beautiful house on Lake Boczl. Near Sejn - a lively small town in the northeast of Poland. The place delights at any time of the year. The house is located in a secluded place just by the lake, under the forest at the end of the local road. Morning coffee with birds singing tastes even better. An evening walk or a simple getaway in the outdoors relaxes. And the nearby lake cools on hot days.
