It's also ideal for summer, with all the amenities you need to enjoy the outdoors. A glass of wine by the fireplace, a meal on the terrace or in the garden, a nap on the sun loungers...

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with a kitchenette, with access to the 30-meter garden. It also has a toilet and laundry area. The house is carefully furnished. It has been recently renovated.

The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room with a very soft sofa and a warm dining area. Outside you will enjoy your two small terraces and landscaped areas, where it is good to live and relax.

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
