Guadalupe cottage

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Private estate with ~1,500 feet of frontage on Little Blanco River (usually dry due to drought). Oversized windows look onto the ancient oak forest, with 20 acres of private hiking. Lavish pool & jacuzzi, large patio with fire pit and barbecue for outdoor dining under large tree canopy. 3 private bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, plus bonus room (off the master room) with triple bunk for kids or adults. Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living. On the property you can take a dip in the pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. You can take 10 min walk, bike or a 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area bring your shade and beach chairs for a day of swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. Old Hancock Trail is about 3.5 miles and then curves back around making the trip about 7 miles perfect for hiking along the lake. Canyon lake Marina is 10 min drive.
