"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. A renovated 14th century farmhouse, located 2 km from Aitona and surrounded by magnificent fruit fields that provide a quiet and charming stay. This cozy apartment consists of three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and three bathrooms. The rooms are a suite, a double with an extra single bed and a double, all of them exterior and overlooking the fields. The outdoor space has a barbecue, porch, swimming pool, and garden. The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.

The total number of guests is 11/cannot be exceeded, we rent per guest/+ guests/events/consult. Saltwater pool, available year-round. Suite 1, 2 and 3 with private bathrooms. The village festivals are the first weekend of August or the end of July. 1h 30min/beach - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/toddler we use the main suite 1/ask.
