The apartment is located directly at the Fürstenlager in the climatic health resort of Auerbach, is lovingly furnished and comprises 30 square meters. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is quietly located directly by the forest. Ideal for walking, jogging and cycling. Whether vacation or business trip, in our cozy apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing time. The cozy café on the first floor invites you to linger.

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance and private parking is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of a field and yet only 300 m to the baker. The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. Pets on request.

Where the mountain road and Odenwald meet, in the middle of the idyllic Lautertal (Reichenbach), is our inviting apartment. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

With us, you will live in a bright, friendly attic apartment, which with its high-quality wooden floors exudes a special flair with a feel-good atmosphere. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room/bedroom, a small kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Whether you come to us as a family, friends, couple, looking for peace or colleagues, I will make the rooms as comfortable as possible. If you come with 5 people, one person sleeps in the living area, but also comfortably.

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available to remove pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, the family of our daughter Nele also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

Whether to Darmstadt and Frankfurt or south to Heidelberg and Mannheim, you will be living very centrally and will be on the highway in 3-5 minutes. Train or tram connections can also be reached quickly. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.
