All within minutes from here by your car as public transportation is limited. No drugs or weapons. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. No smoking allowed on property or in Suite. No pornorgraphic, racist or sexually explicit use of Host's personal wifi will be permitted. The Garden Park Cottage is a small apartment space attached to our home with a private entrance. The wood ceiling and cozy space give it a cottage feel. It is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The trails for hiking and mountain biking are within walking distance, as well as shopping and good restaurants. This is an owner occupied apartment ( the owner lives on the property ) and it does not take housing options from the working people of Sedona.

Three Pines a literary nod to best selling author Louise Penny. Her characters live in the village of 3 Pines, a sanctuary. This room was created to make you smile. The endearing artwork is the creation of artist Karen Damyanovich.
