Located a little bit away from the centre of Valencia, the place is truly a gem you could get at this price. Very friendly and proactive host, communicates with high efficiency and very clear checkin procedures provided in the app. Also friendly if you ask for recommendations, really great host. You get to share a portion of the fridge (which is pretty huge I had to say) and a portion of the bathroom, so huge spaces are available to store your own items. There is a fan in the room and an AC in the living room so it feels a lot cooler when it’s summer. Good choice of Shampoo also- it smells great!

The stay was very pleasant, if you want to stay outside Valencia city center. There wasn’t that many restaurant in the area, that where open, but the supermarket was super close, and train and bus, could take you to Valencia center. Marlenys is a very nice host, always responding and ready to answer your questions.

As mentioned in so many reviews, Pilar is a very warm and helpful host. Her bright, spacious house, furnished with lots of love, self-painted pictures and lots of plants, was full of amenities for us, which we enjoyed, especially the roof terrace. The Sedavi district also offered us a variety of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Train and bus connections to Valencia are excellent. Thanks again for the wonderful time in your house Pilar.
