It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Fantastic location in Reggio Emilia, short walk from the train station. Apartment is just off one of the main streets with all sorts of shops including supermarkets and pharmacies. Also within walking distance are a number of piazzas to eat and drink. The apartment is extremely modern without many homely touches but for us, travelling with children, this is exactly what we needed. Clean, crisp decoration with a kitchen that had most of what we needed. The beds were comfy and the shower was absolutely fantastic. We always had hot water and the water pressure was perfect. Easy access to the apartment via the use of the app. A really enjoyable stay in a safe and welcoming area. Will stay her again without hesitation.

Everything was perfect. A good and warm welcome. Elia speaks English. Everything you need and her apartment is very peaceful/quietly decorated. Close to a supermarket.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the listing. Clean and tidy with friendly hosts. Due to problems on the highway, we were late and only arrived at the accommodation at midnight. We were greeted with a smile and we were not charged extra for the delay. The accommodation is affordable and I definitely recommend it.

A bright and airy living space features a wooden ceiling with exposed beams. Natural light floods in through a large sliding door, illuminating a comfortable sofa and a dining area with modern chairs. Wall art adds character to the inviting environment.

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

Stopped for a night at Claudio’s place while driving around Emilia Romagna with family. We really enjoyed a relaxing afternoon and breakfast next day at his amazing garden. The home is beautiful and we felt very comfortable.

Renal's house is a beautiful attic in a small building in the center of Reggio Emilia, in the pedestrian area but with two convenient parking lots very close by. The area is well-served and full of everything: shops, supermarkets, and ice cream parlors. Everything in the house was perfect as in the photos: tidiness, cleanliness, comfort. Excellent Wi-Fi connection that I used to work and perfectly functioning air conditioning. Andrea always provided clear and timely directions, useful answers in a very short time and valid advice. All in an extremely kind and welcoming way. I have rarely met people as welcoming as Andrea. We'll definitely be back, thanks for everything.

Our stay in this apartment was beautiful and truly enjoyable. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. What really made the experience even better was the host, who was always readily available and responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. I highly recommend it!
