Vacation rentals with lake access in Sebago

Place was great! Had everything we needed and then some and was a great way to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday. Colleen was great, gave restaurant recommendations and always responded when we needed anything.

I stayed here solo for a weekend event just 10 minutes away, and it was the perfect home base. The listing matched the description to a T! The cottage is clean, cozy, and updated with care, featuring fresh paint, new furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. Although it’s ideal for families or couples, it was also just right for a solo getaway. I kicked off the season with a lobster roll at the place down the street (because where else but Maine?), and enjoyed the peaceful vibe the whole weekend. The private little sand beach down the road is a lovely bonus—just a short walk and you're by beautiful Sebago Lake. It’s a great place to relax. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, dining, and 10 minutes away from my event at St Joseph's College. Andy was a fantastic host, allowing me to check in early and making sure everything was easy. Honestly, if you forgot to pack something, chances are Andy already thought of it and had it stocked. Highly recommend!!

Just got back from our weekend stay . Beautiful space that looked just like the photos. House was spotless. The house is located in a very peaceful and private area. Our family enjoyed the kayaks on the pond during the day and the fire pit on the deck at night . Very relaxing weekend .

This cottage is perfect for Sebago if you own a boat. She has everything you could need for a stay on the water. I would love to stay here again this year.

Beautiful and comfortable house in a lovely natural setting, five minutes from Pleasant Mountain, which we think is a wonderful family ski area. Marty was very kind and extremely helpful with all our questions and requests. We would love to return and experience other seasons here as well.

We booked Trickey Moose to spend quality time with our two Maine teen grandchildren while they were on spring break. The place was perfect for our needs. The home is quite spacious yet offered each of us an element of privacy. We found the home in immaculate condition and stocked with every essential needed. The “community pantry” was a pleasant surprise and was stocked with the few incidental items we hadn’t brought along. The ping pong and air hockey tables created a friendly competition between the grandkids and grandparents. Great memories were made…. only wish we could have stayed longer.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint renovated cottage. On our first night, we sat on the cozy screened-in porch and watched a summer rainstorm. The cottage had all the amenities we needed, although there was an extra charge for linens. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked really well. The couches were comfortable, and the cottage was nicely decorated. The beds were also comfortable, but the 2nd bedroom lacked nightstands and a reading lamp. The bathroom was small but functional for us. The shower though is quite small and wouldn’t work for a tall, larger person. The location was convenient as there was a corner store located at the end of the street to buy groceries, and there was a restaurant nearby. Beach chairs and umbrellas were easily accessible from the garage. Lake Sebago is a beautiful clean lake. The lake bed is rocky, so bring water shoes. Overall, I give it a thumbs up. 👍🏼

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Great spot at the center of Wilton. Comfortable bed. Close to restaurants. Responsive and courteous host.

We always love our stay here and will always be our first choice in the area!

Our stay at Tim & Joanne’s was great! We’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Anytime we had a question they were quick to help. The place itself is very cozy and we felt very comfy. The only thing we wish is it were a bit closer to Mt. Abram, which is where we were skiing, but that only applies to our situation. Overall it was a great place to stay with great hosts!

Jean’s place was amazing, and she was the perfect host! The apartment was perfect for us! The king size bed was so comfortable, and everything was just as described. The location on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Jean and Bob very generous and let us use their whole property including wonderful swings to rest on and lake kayaks and a paddle boat! We were scouting out places to buy near Winthrop, and Jean had some great advice and was super helpful! We will be back!

Lovely stay while visiting Windham. Cute, cozy space with everything we needed. Beautiful grounds. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Lisa is very responsive and so nice. We quickly made friends with Bella, the resident dog, and she is the sweetest pup. We were surprised with a Thanksgiving snow storm and the town lost power but there is a whole house generator, so we didn’t skip a beat or notice the power outage, which was so nice! There is a coffee pot on site (not a Keurig) and Lisa provided coffee grounds, which was amazing because we brought coffee pods. The bathroom is directly off the bedroom but there is no door, so if you need more privacy, I’d plan to tack up a blanket. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the property is peaceful. A gas station with a Dunkin is just a just a minute or two down the road and very convenient. We would definitely return.

Lori was a wonderful host for our trip up to Maine. My girlfriend and I enjoyed doing yoga in the entrance room when it rained and a nice sunrise kayak trip out on the lake across the street. My in-laws stayed with us too and we all had great laughs together and enjoyed good food all weekend long.

Loved our stay at this peaceful lake. The house is perfect- cozy and has everything you need. We loved paddleboarding and the access to cute downtown North Conway is ideal!

Loved our time here! It’s about a 40 minute drive from Portland and then 5-10 from Brunswick. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect, exactly what we needed to relax! We loved coming back from Portland and grabbing dinner and gelato in Brunswick, such a nice way to unwind from a long day. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again :)

Janet’s place in Standish was great and we could not have asked for a better host. Apart from the home itself, Janet was very friendly and responsive. She even proactively offered early check in / late check out, extremely unexpected and appreciated! Would absolutely recommend this BNB 10 times out of 10.

Perfect little Maine cabin getaway! We enjoyed our stay so much. The cabin was clean, easy to find, and had everything we needed for four people and two dogs. Cannot recommend enough!

This space is functional, cute, and clean. There are clear instructions throughout and the host communicated well. The location is excellent too - just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself is very small but cute and convenient. And the house is well stocked (cookware, blankets, etc). Overall, we had a great stay, it's a great deal, and we'd happily stay there again! The only SMALL caveat is that there are house rules, including that you're expecting to clean up after yourselves (not allowed to eat or drink in the living room, asked to strip beds, start a load of laundry, start the dishwasher, take the trash and recycling out before you leave). This is in addition to a cleaning fee. This is common for AirBnBs and was fine for our group! We'd be happy to stay there again, it's just worth mentioning that you should make sure you have time for that on check out day. Even with the cleaning fee, this is a great deal and I highly recommend this house!

Helen was actually wonderful. She returned calls and everything. It was a great place to stay beautiful and hope to stay there again someday.

Can’t say enough about this place. My husband and two toddlers had such an amazing time. We loved paddling on the boat and seeing all the different birds. Our daughter caught her first small mouth bass at the lake! The views were stunning, the hot tub was amazing. We absolutely loved the open concept layout. No matter where you stood, you could see the lake. It was so awesome. Everything you need was in the house! Our only wish is that our time there, didn’t have to end! 🩷
