Admire the stunning harbour views that take in the harbour entrance, the Eastern Hills and Wellington City's coastal suburbs. On a fine day the Kaikoura range peaks can be seen. Suitable for 1 or 2 people, the annexe is a lovely space with a kitchenette and full bathroom. Access road is steep and narrow:)

This has been owners residence for many years.Very spacious 3 bedroom house , most have been recently renovated to modern living.Its fully furnished and has every appliance , with new quality bedding and very clean linens .Situated 35minutes drive from wellington airport, 20 minutes from rail/ferry stations.10 minutes to lower hutt city.its surrounded by great views .Supermarket , shops all close by.we rent out entire house.No sharing.The property has CCTV camera.
